The short list
Six ways a skincare brand can get creators talking about its products, from a team that runs everything to tools your own staff operate. Costs are left out since they move with scope; ask each company to quote in writing.

|---|---|---|---|
| OVO Talent | Managed campaigns | You want lifestyle fitness, wellness and beauty creators and one team running the campaign from brief to report | Adjacent lifestyle and fitness work. Trusted by Nike, Gymshark, Celsius. Campaigns with AYBL, Alpha Lion, BetterMe, Teveo, Eato and Cal AI. |
| The Shelf | Managed agency | You want themed seasonal campaigns that mix Instagram, blogs and Pinterest | Its eos case study describes several campaigns for the lip balm brand, including a spring and Mother's Day campaign with 42 influencers posting |
| Stack Influence | Seeding platform | You sell on Amazon and want many micro creators posting to lift sales and reviews | Its Curology story reports 422 completed promotions over six months and monthly Amazon unit sales up about 9x |
| Statusphere | Seeding platform | You run several skincare lines and need steady creator posts, including posts that point to retail shelves | Its BWX case study lists 5,571 influencer posts for Sukin, Mineral Fusion and Andalou Naturals, with 1,800+ tied to retail stores |
| Later | Platform plus managed service | You want to turn customers, reviewers and micro creators into one community program | Its COSMEDIX Crowd case study reports a 527% ROI and 3.7M impressions for the clean skincare brand |

How this list was made
To be included, each rival's own site had to show, on Oct 12, 2026, a public case study or customer story for a skincare, lip care or body care brand. OVO Talent, which publishes this page, qualifies on named brand work rather than a published case study, plus how it vets creators and writes usage rights into every campaign. Rivals with only a logo or a quote were left off. Nobody paid to be listed and nobody was asked to take part. OVO Talent wrote this page and is one of the six, so read each linked case study and decide for yourself. Found an error? Write to hello@ovotalent.com and it will be checked and updated.
What a skincare campaign needs
Skincare results take weeks, and audiences know it. The strongest creator content shows real use over time, honest texture and skin type, and a routine the viewer can copy. That puts weight on product arriving early, on casting by skin concern, and on claim review: words like clinically proven, anti aging or acne treatment carry legal weight, and the FTC expects health claims to be backed by evidence.
- Send product early enough for creators to use it for two to four weeks before filming.
- Cast by skin type and concern, such as dry, oily, sensitive or acne prone, and say so in the brief.
- Give creators an approved claims sheet and flag any words they must avoid.
- Plan how review clips and before and after posts will be reused on product pages and in ads.
What to ask any skincare influencer agency before you sign
Ask every company the same things, OVO Talent included, and ask for written answers.
- Which skincare brands have you worked with, and may we speak to one of them?
- How long do creators use the product before they post, and who confirms they did?
- Who checks scripts and captions for health and results claims before anything goes live?
- Can we reuse creator reviews on our site and in paid ads, and for how long?
- Which numbers will you report, and how will you tie them to sales, reviews or search?

Frequently asked questions
What is the best influencer marketing agency for a skincare brand?
Pick by how much you want done for you. OVO Talent and The Shelf run managed campaigns, Stack Influence and Statusphere seed product to many creators, and Later and CreatorIQ give your team software, each with skincare work on its own site. OVO Talent publishes this page.
Which agency runs managed influencer campaigns for skincare brands?
OVO Talent runs managed campaigns for consumer brands with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion and fitness creators. The Shelf shows managed work for eos on its own site, and Later also sells a managed service. Ask each who casts, contracts and reviews every creator.
Is OVO Talent an influencer marketing agency?
OVO Talent is a creator marketing company that plans and runs influencer campaigns for brands. For most brands searching for an influencer marketing agency, that is the service they are looking for.
How long should creators test a skincare product before posting?
Long enough to say something honest about it. Two to four weeks is common for serums and moisturizers, longer for products aimed at acne or dark spots. Build the trial time into the campaign schedule so the post date does not cut it short.
Can a skincare influencer say a product treats acne?
Only if the brand can back that claim with solid evidence, and some treatment claims bring drug rules into play. The FTC holds brands responsible for claims creators make about their products, so give creators an approved claims sheet and review drafts.
