Review request policy

OVO's policy is to invite every eligible brand contact at the same defined campaign closeout event, regardless of sentiment, dispute status, or payment status. OVO does not pay for positive reviews or ask staff, partners, contractors, family, or friends to offset criticism.

How OVO handles criticism

The team checks the contract, work record, invoice, and payment record before replying. A response should state the verified facts, protect private information, and offer a direct path to resolve any open issue.
