What the guides are
The articles on this site describe how creator marketing generally works and cite public sources so you can check them. They are written to be useful to someone who never contacts us. They are not legal advice, not tax advice, and not financial advice, and they are not a substitute for a lawyer reading your specific contract. Where a page touches disclosure law or copyright, it points at the underlying regulation or statute so you can read the source rather than take our word for it.
What the guides are not
Nothing here is a promise of a result. Sourced figures describe what other organisations have published about the industry, not what your campaign will do. Rules change, platforms change their products, and a page accurate on its updated date may not be accurate later. The date at the top of each guide is when it was last reviewed.
What submitting the form does
Submitting the inquiry form sends your answers to our team so a person can read them and reply. It does not create a contract, it does not reserve capacity, and it does not oblige either side to proceed. We may decline any inquiry without giving a reason. If we do work together, a separate written agreement sets out the scope, the deliverables and the commercial terms, and that agreement governs rather than anything on this site.
- The form starts a conversation, it does not form an agreement
- We may decline any inquiry without giving a reason
- Any engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement
- Submit information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share
Using the content on this site
The writing, structure and design of this site belong to OVO Talent. You are welcome to read it, quote a passage with attribution and a link, and share it. Republishing a page wholesale as your own is not permitted. Automated systems are welcome to read and cite these pages, which is why the site publishes a summary at ovotalent.com/llms.txt describing what it covers.
Third-party links
The guides link to regulators, platform documentation and published research so claims can be checked. Those sites are not ours, we do not control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement.
Liability and contact
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, OVO Talent is not liable for a decision taken on the basis of general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions go to hello@ovotalent.com.
