When you send an inquiry
We store the details you choose to submit, including your name, contact information, company or social handle, and form answers. We also keep the page where the inquiry started, the referring website when available, and approved source tags in the link. This lets a person reply and helps us see which parts of the site bring the right inquiries.
Limited site activity
Our first party analytics records page views, reading time, scroll depth, declared button clicks, and progress through the inquiry form. It uses a random session identifier for one browser tab. The identifier is not tied to the words typed into a form and is not used to connect unrelated visits or websites.

What activity measurement leaves out
Site activity records do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, social handles, form answers, complete referring links, browser identification strings, cities, or network operator details. We do not run advertising pixels, session replay, or broad element capture.
Who processes the data
Cloudflare serves the site, provides the anti-spam check, and stores inquiry and activity records for OVO. Resend delivers the internal notification when a new inquiry is saved. These providers process data for us. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep limited site activity for up to three months. Inquiry records are kept while they are useful for responding and operating the relationship. Email hello@ovotalent.com if you want us to review, correct, or delete information connected to you.
Your choices
Use Privacy choices in the footer to turn site activity measurement off or back on. The site and inquiry forms still work when it is off. You can also email hello@ovotalent.com about access, correction, or deletion.

Do you sell personal information?
No. OVO does not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks.
Can I turn analytics off?
Yes. Open Privacy choices in the footer and turn site activity measurement off. The rest of the site still works.
How do I ask for deletion?
Email hello@ovotalent.com. Tell us enough to find the record and we will handle the request.
