Cookie and analytics policy

Updated 2026-08-24

OVO uses first party analytics and two small browser storage values. One keeps a random visit together while a tab is open. The other remembers the setting you choose under Privacy choices. Neither is used for cross-site advertising.

What browser storage does

A random session identifier in session storage lets us count one visit as one visit. Your browser clears it when the tab closes. A separate on or off preference in local storage remembers whether you allow site activity measurement. These values do not contain contact details or form answers.

What the analytics records

The site sends an allowlisted set of events to OVO through Cloudflare. That set covers page views, reading time, scroll depth, declared calls to action, and inquiry progress. It does not inspect arbitrary clicks or anything typed into a form.

Change the setting

Select Privacy choices in the footer to turn measurement off or back on. No consent wall blocks the site, and forms keep working either way.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to allow analytics?

No. Turn it off under Privacy choices and keep using the site normally.

Is this used for advertising?

No. OVO does not use this storage for retargeting or cross-site advertising.

Does it record form answers?

No. Site activity measurement does not record what you type into a form.

Privacy choices

OVO uses limited first party analytics to understand which pages and inquiry steps are useful. Forms and the rest of the site still work when this is off.
